摘  要:为实现对某钢企电缆隧道中水喷雾自动喷水灭火系统的参数优化设计,对水喷雾灭火系统中喷头雾化角大小、间距及喷雾流量展开数值模拟,最终确定水喷雾灭火系统的最佳灭火系统参数为:水供给强度13 L(/min·m^(2)),下喷喷头雾化角120°,喷头间距为1 m,侧喷喷头雾化角90°,喷头间距为1.7 m,工作压力0.34 MPa,喷雾流量30 L/min。In order to realize the optimal design of the parameters of water spray automatic sprinkler system in the cable tunnel of steel enterprise,numerical simulation is carried out for the size of the atomization angle of the nozzle,the spacing and the spray flow rate of water spray fire extinguishing system,and the optimal fire extinguishing system parameters of water spray fire extinguishing system are finally determined as follows:the water supply strength is 13 L(/min·m^(2)),the atomization angle of the lower spray nozzle is 120°,the spacing between the nozzles is 1 m,the atomization angle of the side nozzle is 90°,the spray flow rate is 30 L/min,nozzle spacing is 1.7 m,working pressure is 0.34 MPa,spray flow rate is 30 L/min.
