多孔有机笼CC3-R高分辨气相色谱手性柱的制备研究

摘　　要：气相色谱商品手性柱是实现手性混合物分离检测的核心,研究和开发具有自主知识产权的高分辨毛细管气相色谱手性分离柱具有十分重要的意义。多孔有机笼CC3-R是一种手性选择性较好的识别剂。作者基于自合成的CC3-R,采用不同毛细管内壁粗糙化方法及不同涂渍液浓度制备了5根色谱柱(柱A~E)并考查其分离性能。结果表明采用氢氧化钠和盐酸粗糙化处理,CC3-R和OV-1701的混合体积比为1∶1时制备得到的柱C对正构烷烃、芳香烃、正构醇和15种手性混合物分离效果较好。本研究可为CCR-3气相色谱柱的商品化提供基础。The chiral column for gas chromatography is the core of chiral separation and detection.The research of high-resolution chiral separation capillary columns for gas chromatography with independent intellectual property is important.Porous organic cage CC3-R is a chiral selective recognition agent.The author prepared 5 chromatographic columns(columns A~E)based on self-synthesized CC3-R using different roughening methods of capillary inner wall and different coating solution concentrations,then investigated their separation performance.The results showed that using the column C which was roughened by sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid,coating with the mixture that volume ratio of CC3-R and OV-1701 was 1∶1 had a better separation effect on n-alkanes,aromatic hydrocarbons,n-alkanols and 15 chiral mixtures.This study can provide a basis for the commercialization of CCR-3 based gas chromatographic column.
