摘　　要：实验室HSE体系管理是化工企业HSE管理中的重要一环,有必要进一步规范、提升化工企业实验室HSE管理。作者结合扬子石化质量检验和管理中心在提升HSE管理中的实践经验,从完善制度、风险隐患管理、规范实验室业务流程、提高员工素质、提升员工应急处置能力、推进实验室绿色化等6个方面进行了探讨,形成了一套行之有效的实践经验,以期给化工企业实验室提高HSE管理水平提供参考。The management of laboratory HSE system is an important part of HSE management in chemical enterprises,and it is necessary to further standardize and improve the performance management of laboratory HSE in chemical enterprises.This article combines the practical experience of Yangzi Petrochemical Quality Inspection and Management Center in improving HSE performance management,and studies six aspects:improving systems,managing risks and hidden dangers,standardizing laboratory work processes,improving employee abilities,enhancing employee emergency response capabilities,and promoting laboratory greening.A set of effective practical experiences has been formed,providing reference for improving HSE management in chemical enterprise laboratories.
