摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定小儿感冒颗粒中尿苷、鸟苷、腺苷、(R,S)-告依春、绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、木犀草苷、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸,4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、连翘苷的含量。方法分析采用Welchrom C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.8、1.0 mL/min;柱温40℃;检测波长230、254、327 nm。结果10种成分在各自范围线性关系良好(r≥0.9990),平均加样回收率93.68%~98.08%,RSD 0.90%~1.86%。结论该方法稳定可靠,可用于小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of urine,guanosine,adenosine,(R,S)-hysterone,chlorogenic acid,forsythian glycoside A,luteolin,3,5-dicaffeioyl quinic acid,4,5-dicaffeioyl quinic acid and phillyrin in Xiao’er Ganmao Granules.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 40℃thermostatic Welchrom C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%glacial acetic acid flowing at 0.8,1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 230,254,327 nm.RESULTS Ten constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9990),whose average recoveries were 93.68%-98.08%with the RSDs of 0.90%-1.86%.CONCLUSION This stable and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Xiao’er Ganmao Granules.
