摘　　要：皮肤的护理是当今人们关注的一大热点。皮肤受到环境因素影响而出现的干燥、皱纹、弹性丧失、色素沉积等症状一直是人们亟待解决的问题。蚕丝蛋白因其丰富的官能团而具有极好的生物相容性,拥有保湿、抗氧化、延缓衰老、美白防晒等护肤功效。文中总结了蚕丝蛋白的各种护肤性能的原理和优势,并展望了蚕丝蛋白基护肤产品今后的研究发展方向。Nowadays skin care is an attractive topic.Affected by several environmental factors,skin may suffer with dryness,wrinkles,loss of elasticity and pigmentation and other symptoms.Because of the rich functional groups,silk proteins have excellent biocompatibility,with moisturizing,antioxidant,anti-aging,whitening,sunscreen and other skin care effects.This paper gives an overview about the mechanisms and advantages of various skin care properties of silk proteins,and introduces the future development directions of skin care products based on silk protein.
