摘 要:研究了不同单位面积质量和不同种类(网布、土工布、纤维毡和缝编毡)的二维纤维增强材料对水泥基修复材料极限抗拉强度、断裂伸长率及拉伸粘结强度的影响,通过试样破坏状态和SEM图像分析增强增韧机理。结果表明,二维纤维增强材料对修复材料的增强作用与其单位面积质量呈正相关;单位面积质量大致相同时(300 g/m^(2)),对修复材料的增强效果由大到小依次为网布、缝编毡、纤维毡、土工布。二维纤维增强材料对修复材料的增韧作用随着网布、土工布单位面积质量的增加逐渐增大,随纤维毡、缝编毡单位面积质量的增加逐渐减小;单位面积质量大致相同时(300 g/m^(2)),增韧效果由大到小为土工布、网布、纤维毡、缝编毡。复合网布、纤维毡后,修复材料的拉伸粘结强度随着单位面积质量的增加先增加后减小;复合土工布、缝编毡后,修复材料的拉伸粘结强度随单位面积质量的增加逐渐减小。The effects of different mass per unit area and different types(mesh,geotextile,fiber felt and stitched felt)of two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials on the ultimate tensile strength,elongation at break and tensile bond strength of cement-based repair materials were studied.The strengthening and toughening mechanism of different two-dimensional fiber reinforced materials on repair materials was analyzed by the failure state of samples and SEM images.The results show that the reinforcement effect of 2D fiber reinforced material on the repair material is positively correlated with the mass per unit area.When the mass per unit area is the same(300 g/m^(2)),the strengthening effect of the repair material is from large to small,in order of mesh cloth,stitched felt,fiber felt,geotextile.The toughening effect of 2D fiber reinforced materials on repair materials increased with the increase of mass per unit area of mesh fabric and geotextile fabric,and decreased with the increase of mass per unit area of fiber felt and stitched felt.When the mass per unit area is the same(300 g/m^(2)),the toughening effect is from large to small for geotextile cloth,mesh cloth,fiber felt,stitched felt.After compounding mesh cloth and fiber felt,the tensile bond strength of the repair material increases first and then decreases with the increase of mass per unit area.After compounding geotextile and stitched felt,the tensile bond strength of the repair material gradually decreases with the increase of mass per unit area.
