摘 要:沥青双层表面处治简称DBST,其路面是用沥青和集料按层铺或拌和法施工,其厚度不大于3cm的一种薄层面层。巴布亚新几内亚钦布57km项目采用层铺法进行施工。DBST路面的使用寿命不及贯入式路面,设计时一般不考虑其承重强度,其作用主要是对非沥青承重层起保护和防磨耗作用。针对DBST路面施工工艺,以及当地气候和交通特点,论述了各个环节进行工艺优化和质量把控方面的要点,以确保路面质量。Asphalt double-layer surface treatment,abbreviated as DBST,is a thin layer of surface layer constructed by laying or mixing asphalt and aggregates layer by layer,with a thickness not exceeding 3cm.The Qinbu 57km project in Papua New Guinea is constructed using the layer laying method.The service life of DBST pavement is shorter than that of penetrating pavement,and its load-bearing strength is generally not considered in design.Its main function is to protect and prevent wear on non-asphalt loadbearing layers.Based on the DBST pavement construction technology,as well as the local climate and traffic characteristics,process optimization and quality control are carried out at various stages to ensure the quality of the pavement.
