妇科射频治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科射频治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的临床效果。方法本回顾性研究纳入我院于2022年1月—2023年10月收治的80例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为药物组和射频组。比较两组临床治疗效果,分析两组的临床治疗总有效率、治疗相关指标、患者炎症因子水平、生活质量(SF-36评分)、患者对治疗的满意度。结果治疗后,射频组的治疗总有效率高于药物组;射频组患者阴道排液时间、创面愈合时间均短于射频组,出血量低于药物组;治疗后射频组患者炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于药物组;射频组患者SF-36各项评分均高于药物组;射频组患者对治疗的总满意率高于药物组,以上数据两组对比均存在统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论相比单纯药物治疗,使用射频治疗仪治疗慢性宫颈炎更有助于提升临床治疗总有效率,缩短患者阴道排液、创面愈合时间,减少阴道出血量,明显改善炎症状态,更进一步提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of gynecological radiofrequency therapeutic instrument in treating patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods This retrospective study included 80 cases of chronic cervicitis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 as research subjects,which were divided into drug group and radiofrequency group according to different treatment methods.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the total clinical effective rate,treatment-related indexes,the level of inflammatory factors,quality of life(SF-36 score),and patients'satisfaction with the treatment were analyzed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the radiofrequency group was higher than that of the drug group;the vaginal drainage time and wound healing time of the radiofrequency group were shorter than that of the radiofrequency group,and the amount of bleeding was lower than that of the drug group;the levels of the inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 of the radiofrequency group were lower than those of the drug group after treatment;all the scores of SF-36 of the radiofrequency group were higher than those of the drug group;and the overall rate of satisfaction with the treatment of the patients of the radiofrequency group was higher than that of the drug group.The total satisfaction rate of patients in the radiofrequency group was higher than that of the drug group,and there were statistical differences in the above indexes between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with simple drug treatment,the use of radiofrequency therapeutic instrument for the treatment of chronic cervicitis is more helpful to improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,shorten the time of vaginal discharge and wound healing,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,significantly improve the inflammatory state,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
