摘　　要：目的通过对互联网用药咨询数据的汇总和分析,了解患者关注的用药问题和切实需要的药学服务,为今后更好地开展用药咨询工作提供参考。方法分析2020年2月8日—2021年12月31日期间互联网医院的用药咨询记录,对患者基本情况和咨询内容进行分类和统计。结果近两年时间内,互联网用药咨询共接待患者677例次,儿童患者占68.39%;成年患者占31.61%。咨询内容以药品用法用量最多。结论公众对于药师线上服务有较大的需求,尤其是儿童、孕妇和哺乳期妇女等特殊人群。药师通过互联网医院平台提供便捷、及时、专业的用药咨询服务非常必要。Objective The data of medication consultation in internet hospital were summarized and analyzed,understand the medication problems and urgent pharmaceutical care,to provide reference for better work in the future.Methods The medication consultation records from February 8,2020 to December 31,2021 were exported from the background,and the basic information and consultation contents of the patients were classified and counted.Results In the last two years,677 patients were received,68.39%of pediatric patients and 31.61%of adult patients.The usage and dosage of drugs was the most widely asked question.Conclusions The public has a great demand for online pharmacist services,especially for special populations such as children,pregnant women and lactating women.It is very necessary for pharmacists to provide timely,convenient and professional medication consultation service through the internet hospital platform.
