复方黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴胺治疗气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病下肢神经病变的效果

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病下肢神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月至2023年7月来福建中医药大学附属漳州中医院就诊的的80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组。两组患者均进行初始治疗,对照组患者再给予甲钴胺营养神经治疗,观察组在此基础上加用自拟复方黄芪桂枝五物汤,观察治疗前后两组患者肢体的麻木无力的治疗有效率以及神经传导速度等指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗后两组腓神经MNCV和SNCV水平较治疗前均更高,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病下肢神经病变的疗效显著优于单用西药治疗,更能提升病情治疗总体效果,促进感觉异常、腱反射减弱、肢体的麻木无力以及神经传导速度改善。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes lower extremity neuropathy.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who came to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups of patients underwent initial treatment,the control group was given methylcobalamin nutritional nerve therapy,and the observation group was given the self-proposed compound formula Astragalus and Gui Zhi Wu Wu Tang on the basis of this treatment,to observe the effective rate of the treatment of numbness and weakness of the limbs of the patients of the two groups before and after the treatment,as well as changes in the indexes of the nerve conduction velocity.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment the MNCV and SNCV levels in the peroneal nerve of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and in the observation group it was higher than that in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes lower extremity neuropathy is significantly better than that of Western medicine alone,and it can improve the overall treatment effect of the disease,promote paresthesia,weakened tendon reflex,limb numbness and weakness,and improve nerve conduction velocity.
