加味四物汤联合曲美他嗪对合并痛风冠心病患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析加味四物汤联合曲美他嗪对合并痛风冠心病患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法厦门大学附属福州第二医院住院部及门诊部于2020年2月至2022年1月期间治疗的合并痛风冠心病患者100例视为研究观察对象,对患者采用白蓝球随机方式进行分组,分为观察组(白球,加味四物汤联合曲美他嗪)和对照组(蓝球,曲美他嗪),对两组患者的临床治疗结果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者治疗后左心室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血活酶时间(APTT)、心绞痛稳定指数、疾病认知评分和护理满意度评分均高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径(LVIDs)水平低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的纤维蛋白原(FIB)、心绞痛发作指数、再发心绞痛发生率、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)与西安大略和麦柯玛斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论加味四物汤联合曲美他嗪治疗合并痛风冠心病患者的临床治疗效果更好,患者心功能更稳定,且三个月治疗后复发率更低。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Siwu Tang combined with trimetazidine in patients with combined gout and coronary artery disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with combined gout and coronary artery disease treated in the inpatient and outpatient departments of Fuzhou Second Hospital affiliated to Xiamen University during the period from February 2020 to January 2022 were regarded as the research and observation objects,and the patients were grouped by using white and blue ball randomization,and were divided into the observation group(white ball,Jiawei Siwu Decoction combined with trimethoprim)and the control group(blue ball,trimethoprim),and the results of the clinical treatments of the patients of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameters(LVIDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels,prothrombin time(PT),activated prothrombin time(APTT),angina stabilization index,disease perception scores and satisfaction scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of the left ventricular end-systolic internal diameters(LVIDs)were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the patients of the observation group Fibrinogen(FIB)value,angina attack index,incidence of recurrent angina,VAS score and WOMAC score after treatment were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Jiawei Siwu Tang combined with trimetazidine for the treatment of patients with combined gout and coronary artery disease showed better clinical outcomes,more stable cardiac function in patients,and lower recurrence rate after three months of treatment.
