麻杏石甘汤加减治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究麻杏石甘汤加减治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证临床效果。方法选取将乐县中医院于2021年1月至2022年12月收治的风温肺热病痰热壅肺证患者220例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(110例)和观察组(110例),对照组根据细菌培养药敏试验结果给予抗生素治疗,观察组联用麻杏石甘汤加减治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组使用抗生素治疗联合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗患者总有效率、最大呼气压、最大吸气压、呼气峰流量均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者胸部X线渗出性完全吸收占比高于对照组,吸收70%、吸收50%、吸收30%占比均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间、发热退却时间、咳痰消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,每日住院费用低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者白细胞计数、血清胱抑素C、超敏C反应蛋白水平等炎症因子水平,发热、咳嗽、咳痰等中医证候积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤加减治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证可缩短治疗时间,改善通气情况,减轻炎性反应,缓解疾病症状,有效率高,临床效果好。Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Maxing Shigan decoction on wind-warm lung-heat syndrome with phlegm-heat accumulation in the lung.Methods A total of 220 cases of patients with phlegm-heat congested lung evidence of wind-warm lung-heat disease admitted to our Jiangle County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into the control group(110 cases)and the observation group(110 cases)by using the method of randomized numerical table,the control group was given antibiotic treatment according to the results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test,and the observation group was combined with the treatment of MaGengShiGanTang Plus Reduction.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate,maximum expiratory pressure,maximum inspiratory pressure,peak expiratory flow rate,of the patients in the observation group treated with antibiotic therapy combined with the addition and subtraction of Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the percentage of chest X-ray exudative complete absorption of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the percentages of absorption of 70%,absorption of 50%,and absorption of 30%were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the hospitalization time,fever receding time,cough phlegm disappearing time,cough disappearing time of patients in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the daily hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05);after the treatment,inflammatory factor levels of the white blood cell counts,serum cystatin C,ultrasensitive C-reactive protein levels,and Chinese medicine symptomatic scores of fever,cough and phlegm of the patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Maxing Shigan decoction can shorten the treatment time,improve ventilation,rel
