基于应激系统理论的身心联动护理在重症烧伤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于应激系统理论的身心联动护理在重症烧伤患者中的应用价值。方法将我院2022年1月至2023年6月80例重症烧伤患者,信封随机法分为两组。传统服务组给予普通的病房护理,身心联动组采取基于应激系统理论的身心联动护理。比较两组护理前后心理评分、生活质量评分、满意度、创面恢复时间、伤口感染等并发症发生率。结果身心联动组心理评分、伤口感染等并发症发生率低于传统服务组,生活质量评分、护理满意度高于传统服务组,创面恢复时间短于传统服务组(均P<0.05)。结论重症烧伤患者采取基于应激系统理论的身心联动护理效果确切。Objective To explore the application value of stress system theory based psychosomatic care in severe burn patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe burns in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using envelope method.The traditional service group provides regular ward care,while the psychosomatic group adopts psychosomatic care based on stress system theory.Compare the psychological scores,quality of life scores,satisfaction,wound recovery time,and incidence of complications such as wound infection between the two groups before and after nursing care.Results The incidence of psychological scores,wound infection and other complications in the mind-body linkage group was lower than that in the traditional service group,the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were higher than that in the traditional service group,and the wound recovery time was shorter than that in the traditional service group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of stress system theory based physical and mental coordinated care for severe burn patients is effective.
