集束化护理对新生儿肺动脉高压合并肺炎恢复的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的分析集束化护理对新生儿肺动脉高压合并肺炎恢复的临床对比研究。方法将福建省漳州市第二医院2021年10月至2023年2月期间收治的80例新生儿肺动脉高压合并肺炎的患儿纳为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例运用常规护理,观察组40例运用集束化护理,比照两组临床的症状消失时间、肺功能水平、机械通气时间以及住院时间、治疗依从性率、满意度等。结果观察组的咳嗽、气促、肺部湿啰音消失时间、血氧饱和度等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的机械通气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的第一秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_(1))、呼气高峰流量(PEFR)、用力肺活量(FVC)等肺功能水平、总依从率、总满意率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论将集束护理用于新生儿肺动脉高压并发肺炎,有助于患儿的康复。增强患者治疗的依从性、降低不良发应发生率、也提高了护理满意度,缩短住院时间,恢复肺功能,促进病情转归。Objective To analyze the clinical comparative study of cluster nursing on the recovery of neonatal pulmonary hypertension complicated with pneumonia.Methods Eighty cases of neonatal pulmonary hypertension combined with pneumonia admitted to the Second Hospital of Zhangzhou City,between October 2021 and February 2023 were included in the study,and were divided into two groups by using the randomized numerical table method;40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional nursing care,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with intensive nursing care,comparing the clinical symptom disappearance time,pulmonary function level,mechanical ventilation time,and hospitalization time,treatment adherence rate,and satisfaction of the two groups.Results Cough,shortness of breath,the disappearance time of pulmonary wet rales,and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the lung function levels of the observation group such as first-second forceful expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR),and forceful vital capacity(FVC),as well as the total adherence rate and the total satisfaction rate were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of cluster nursing for newborns with pulmonary hypertension combined with pneumonia is beneficial for promoting recovery,enhancing patient compliance,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and improving the nursing satisfaction.It also shortens hospital stay,restores lung function,and promotes disease progression.
