手术室护理管理对骨科手术患者医院感染发生率的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析手术室护理管理对骨科手术患者医院感染发生率的影响。方法研究选取泉州市第一医院2022年1月至2023年1月临床收治骨科手术患者100例为研究对象,随机分组方式将其划分为对照组(常规管理,50例)和观察组(常规管理+手术室护理管理,50例),比较不同管理模式下,两组医院感染率、护理管理评估、患者满意度、焦虑自评表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分及生活质量水平。结果护理后,观察组医院感染发生率以及SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者各项护理管理评分、SF-36评分以及护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理能显著降低临床骨科手术患者院内感染发生率,提升临床手术室管理质量及患者满意度,且患者心理状态更优、患者生活质量水平更高。Objective To analyze the impact of operating room nursing management on the incidence of hospital infection in orthopedic surgery patients.Methods The study selected 100 cases of clinically admitted orthopedic surgery patients in the Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 as the research subjects,and randomly grouped them into the control group(routine management,50 cases)and the observation group(routine management+operating room nursing management,50 cases),comparing the rate of hospital infections,assessment of nursing management,patient satisfaction,scores on the Self-assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS),Self-assessment Scale for Depression(SDS),and the level of quality of life of the two groups under the different management modes.Results After nursing care,the incidence of hospital infection as well as SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);All nursing management scores,SF-36 scores,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing management in the operating room can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital infections in clinical orthopedic surgery patients,improve the quality of clinical operating room management and patient satisfaction,and improve patients'psychological status and quality of life.
