老年重症患者PICC置管护理中应用PDCA循环的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析老年重症患者PICC置管护理中应用PDCA循环的效果。方法选取厦门大学附属中山医院2022年4月至2023年4月实施PICC置管的110例老年重症患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各55例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施PDCA循环,对比两组护理干预的效果。结果护理后,观察组自我护理能力评分高于对照组、自我感受负担评分低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者依从性、满意度、一次穿刺成功率均高于对照组,并发症发生率以及负性情绪评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论老年重症患者PICC置管护理中应用PDCA循环具有良好的效果,能有效降低患者并发症发生率、提高患者一次穿刺成功率、减轻患者心理负担,且有利于提高患者对临床医护干预的依从性和满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle in PICC catheterization nursing for elderly patients with severe disease.Methods Selected 110 cases of elderly critically ill patients who implemented PICC catheterization in Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from April 2022 to April 2023,and divided the patients into the control group and the observation group according to the numerical randomization grouping method,each of which was 55 cases;the control group used conventional nursing care,and the observation group implemented the PDCA cycle on the basis of the control group,and compared the effects of the two groups'nursing interventions.Results After the nursing care,the selfcare ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the self-perceived burden score was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05);the compliance,satisfaction,and success rate of one-time puncture of the patients in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the rate of complications and the score of negative emotions were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of PDCA cycle in PICC catheterization nursing for elderly patients with severe diseases has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the success rate of patients with a puncture,reduce the psychological burden of patients,and help improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients with clinical medical intervention.
