摘　　要：目的优质护理对小儿急诊输液患儿静脉输液一次穿刺成功率的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年11月间,入厦门大学附属第一医院儿科急诊进行静脉输液患儿100例为研究对象,采取随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),其中,对照组实施常规护理,观察组予以优质护理,对两组患儿不同护理模式干预下的依从度、一次穿刺成功率、满意度、不良事件发生率进行对比。结果护理后,观察组依从性评分、一次穿刺成功率、满意度评分均较对照组高,发生不良事件概率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论通过在小儿急诊输液患儿管护期间为其实施优质护理干预,可有效提高患儿一次穿刺成功率和家属满意度、强化患儿对医护人员依赖心理,具有较高安全性。Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing on the success rate of one puncture after intravenous infusion in children with emergency transfusion.Methods A total of 100 children admitted to the pediatric emergency department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University for intravenous infusion from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table method.Among them,the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing.Then the compliance(success rate of one puncture),satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups under different nursing intervention modes.Results After care,the observation group had higher adherence scores,success rate of one puncture,and satisfaction scores than the control group,and the probability of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Through the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention during the management and care of children with emergency infusion,it can effectively improve the success rate of one puncture and family satisfaction of children,and strengthen the psychological dependence of children on medical staff,which has a high safety.
