消炎止痛膏联合喜辽妥治疗小儿留置针静脉炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨观察消炎止痛膏联合喜辽妥治疗小儿留置针静脉炎的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将60例符合留置针静脉炎诊断2级及以上的患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷,观察组采用消炎止痛膏联合喜辽妥治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛、症状缓解时间、舒适度和不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率、舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分均高于对照组,治疗后疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组,红肿消退时间、疼痛消退时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物外敷均耐受良好,未出现不良反应。结论:消炎止痛膏联合喜辽妥治疗小儿留置针静脉炎患儿,可减轻疼痛,促进临床症状消退,提高患儿舒适度。Objective:To explore the effect of Xiaoyan Zhitong ointment combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in the treatment of pediatric indwelling needle phlebitis.Methods:60 pediatric patients diagnosed with catheter⁃related bloodstream infection of grade 2 or above were divided into the control group and observation group using a random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group were received 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress,while the observation group were received treatment with the combined use of Xiaoyan Zhitong ointment and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream.The clinical efficacy,pain levels,time for symptom relief,comfort level,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had higher effective treatment rate and comfort condition questionnaire(GCQ)scores than the control group,and lower pain numeric rating scale(NRS)scores after treatment.The time for redness and swelling subsidence and pain relief in the observation group were shorter than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Both topical medications were well tolerated with no adverse reactions observed.Conclusion:The combination of Xiaoyan Zhitong ointment and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream can alleviate pain in children with indwelling needle phlebitis,promote clinical symptom resolution,and improve comfort levels in children.
