乳晕上切口隆胸手术治疗乳房下垂的临床疗效及患者主观满意度分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳晕上切口隆胸手术治疗乳房下垂的效果及患者主观满意度。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月于沈阳名流美容医院就诊的86例乳房下垂患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组行常规环状手术,观察组行乳晕上切口隆胸手术。比较两组临床疗效、围手术期指标和患者主观满意度。结果观察组优良率为97.67%,高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组乳头位置、矫正效果、乳房状态、手术创伤、满意程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳晕上切口隆胸手术治疗乳房下垂的效果较好,利于患者术后恢复,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore clinical effect and subjective satisfaction of patients with suprareolar incision breast augmentation surgery for breast ptosis.Methods A total of 86 cases of breast ptosis patients treated in Shenyang Celebrity Beauty Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional ring surgery,and the observation group underwent suprareolar inci-sion breast augmentation surgery.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes and subjective satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 72.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of suprareolar incision breast augmentation in the treatment of breast ptosis is better,which is beneficial to the postop-erative recovery of patients and has high patient satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
