摘 要:心磁图是一种记录和分析心脏磁场变化的检测技术,可以反映心脏电生理变化的情况。因其具备高敏感度、非接触式、非侵入性、无伤害的特点,心磁图已经成为心脏疾病检测领域的新兴热点。近年来,许多研究结果表明心磁图在心肌缺血、心律失常、心室肥厚、心肌炎症及胎心监测等方面的检测准确性高于心电图等临床常用的检查手段。尽管心磁图对各个心脏疾病的诊断标准尚未有明确共识,但是心磁图在心脏疾病诊断方面的应用前景十分广阔。本文就当前心磁图技术研究的最新进展和发展方向做一综述。Magnetocardiography is a kind of detection technology to record and analyze the changes of cardiac magnetic field,which can reflect the electrophysiological changes of the heart.Because of its high sensitivity,non-contact,non-invasive,non-injury characteristics,magnetocardiography has become a new hotspot in the field of heart disease detection.In recent years,many studies have shown that the accuracy of magnetocardiogram in myocardial ischemia,arrhythmia,ventricular hypertrophy,myocardial inflammation and fetal heart monitoring is higher than that of electrocardiogram and other commonly used clinical examination methods.Although there is no clear consensus on the diagnostic criteria of magnetocardiography for each heart disease,the application prospect of magnetocardiography in the diagnosis of heart disease is very broad.In this paper,the latest progress and development direction of magnetocardiography are reviewed.
