摘 要:TFT–LCD高世代大型液晶面板是我国电子高端制造业在全球显示器领域实现突破和逆袭的一代,但其厂房由于工艺布局和要求造成结构抗震设计的严重不规则,结构抗震性能差。通过对几个大型液晶面板厂房实际工程设计实践,针对该类厂房由于工艺生产布局的特殊性给结构设计,尤其是结构抗震设计带来的难点,总结了在设计实施过程中形成的不同的该类厂房结构设计方案,分析各结构方案在改善结构抗震性能上采取的不同措施,并分析各结构方案实施的优缺点,提出对此类厂房常规结构设计方案的改进和创新。TFT–LCD high generation large liquid crystal panel is a breakthrough and counterattack generation of Chinese high–end electronic manufacturing industry in the global display field.However,due to the process layout and requirements of the plant,the seismic design of the structure is seriously irregular and the seismic performance of the structure is poor.based on the practical engineering design practice of several large TFT–LCD factory buildings,this paper presents the structural characteristics of these factory buildings.In response to the difficulties in structural design,especially seismic design,caused by the unique layout of production processes in this type of factory building,different structural design schemes for this type of factory building formed during the design and implementation process were summarized.Analyze the different measures taken by each structural scheme to improve the seismic performance of the structure,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of each structural scheme.Put forward the improvement and innovation of the conventional structural design scheme of this kind of factory building.
