摘 要:以某多层砌体结构住宅楼顶升纠倾工程为研究对象,该楼整体倾斜率达13.4‰,已远超出规范允许值。通过新增人工挖孔桩对原结构基础进行托换加固,采取后注浆技术解决桩端持力层渗水问题,然后以人工挖孔桩作为顶升反力平台,运用PLC液压同步顶升控制系统对建筑物进行整体纠倾,纠倾后使结构整体倾斜率降至1‰,施工效果良好,对今后类似工程项目具有借鉴意义。Taking a multi–storey masonry residential building jacking and tilting project as the research object,the overall tilt rate of the building is 13.4‰,which has far exceeded the standard allowable value.In this paper,the original structure foundation was replaced by adding new artificially bored piles,and the problem of water seepage in the bearing layer at the pile end was solved by post–grouting technology,and then the building was tilted by using PLC hydraulic synchronous jacking control system with artificially bored piles as the jacking reaction platform.After the tilt correction,the overall tilt rate of the structure was reduced to 1‰,and the construction effect was good,which is of reference for similar projects in the future.
