门窗附框替代方案可行性论证分析研究

摘  要:主要介绍了全混凝土外墙体系结合铝模施工工艺设计企口方案替代原钢附框设计施工技术。通过对采用节能附框与铝模企口方案,对防渗、结露、实施效果进行反复论证优化,形成一套包含企口设计有利于建筑节能、降低雨水渗漏风险等关键控制点。附框对于安装拆卸便利的优势已无法掩盖其在抗渗及节能等方面的劣势。采用全混凝土外墙体系结合铝模施工工艺,设计企口方案替代原钢附框通过在住宅及商业高层公寓的应用效果得到很好的验证,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。This paper mainly introduces the whole concrete exterior wall system combined with aluminum mold construction technology design of the groove scheme instead of the original rigid frame design and construction technology.Through the use of energy saving attached frame and aluminum mold groove scheme anti-seepage,condensation,implementation of several aspects of the comparison of the optimization of repeated demonstration,the formation of a set of key control points including groove design is conducive to building energy saving,reduce the risk of rain leakage.The advantages of easy installation and disassembly of attached frame can not cover up its disadvantages in impermeability and energy saving.Using the whole concrete exterior wall system combined with aluminum mold construction technology,the design of the groove scheme instead of the original rigid attached frame through the application of residential and commercial high-rise apartment has been very good,to provide experience for similar projects.
