摘　　要：针对预制混凝土构件在不同阶段使用不同软件和平台的特点,研发了一套信息化管理系统,系统可通过编码技术集成混凝土构件在各设计和生产阶段的数据,研究还通过在预制构件生产时预埋高频芯片,跟踪并获取运输、存储、安装、验收等阶段的信息。基于集成的不同阶段数据,可开展总包管理过程中的各项应用,充分发挥数据价值,提升管理效率。This study focuses on the characteristics of precast concrete components using different software and platforms at different stages,and develops an information management system.The system can integrate data of concrete components at various design and production stages through coding technology.The study also embeds high–frequency chips during the production of precast components to track and obtain information from transportation,storage,installation,acceptance,and other stages.based on integrated data from different stages,various applications in the general contracting management process can be carried out,fully leveraging the value of data and improving management efficiency.
