高频彩超下中医经筋刀治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频彩超下中医经筋刀治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年8月—2022年12月青州市人民医院风湿疼痛科收治的88例糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者的临床资料。根据不同治疗方法将其分为A组与B组,各44例。B组给予常规治疗,A组给予高频彩超下中医经筋刀治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗1个月后胫神经、腓总神经传导速度。结果:治疗1个月后,A组总有效率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组胫神经、腓总神经传导速度均增快,A组胫神经、腓总神经传导速度均明显快于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频彩超下中医经筋刀治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的临床效果显著,能够改善神经传导速度。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jingjin knife under high-frequency color ultrasound in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower extremities.Method:The clinical data of 88 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower extremity admitted to Rheumatology and Pain Department of Qingzhou People's Hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment method,the patients were divided into group A and group B,44 cases in each group.Group B was given conventional treatment,and group A was given traditional Chinese medicine Jingjin knife under high-frequency color ultrasound.The clinical effect,and the conduction velocity of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve before treatment and after 1 month of treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity increased in both groups,and the tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity in group A was significantly faster than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Jingjin knife under high-frequency color ultrasound in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower extremities is significant,which can improve nerve conduction speed.
