电针联合旋提正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察电针联合旋提正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病(neck type cervical spondylosis,NTCS)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年7—12月佛山市中医院收治的80例NTCS患者。随机将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予电针治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予旋提正骨手法治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后颈部疼痛情况、颈椎活动度、颈椎功能及疾病情况。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组颈椎前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋、右旋活动度均明显升高,研究组颈椎前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈、左旋、右旋活动度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组颈椎病临床评价量表(clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis,CASCS)评分高于对照组,颈部残疾指数(neck disability index,NDI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合旋提正骨手法治疗NTCS能更大程度改善患者的颈椎疼痛及功能,效果确切。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with rotating lifting bone setting technique in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis(NTCS).Method:A total of 80 NTCS patients treated in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July to December 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given electroacupuncture treatment,and the study group was given rotating lifting bone setting technique based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,cervical pain condition,cervical motion,cervical function and disease status before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,cervical forward flexion,backward extension,left flexion,right flexion,left rotation,right rotation motion of the two groups were significantly increased,and forward flexion,backward extension,left flexion,right flexion,left rotation,right rotation mobility of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the neck disability index(NDI)score was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with rotating lifting bone setting technique in the treatment of NTCS can greatly improve the cervical pain and function,with exact effect.
