摘　　要：目的:探讨骨减压联合医用臭氧治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选择2020年7月—2022年12月龙岩市中医院收治的60例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。治疗组给予骨减压联合医用臭氧注射治疗,对照组给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布治疗。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及疗效。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分、WOMAC评分较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨减压联合医用臭氧注射治疗膝骨关节炎具有良好的效果,能有效降低VAS评分与WOMAC评分,其操作相对简单。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of bone decompression combined with medical ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with bone decompression combined with medical ozone injection,and the control group was treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride combined with Celecoxib.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score before and after treatment and efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone decompression combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the VAS score and WOMAC score,and its operation is relatively simple.
