视知觉感知训练联合护理干预对3~8岁近视性弱视儿童的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨视知觉感知训练联合护理干预对3~8岁近视性弱视儿童的影响。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年1月佛山市南海区人民医院收治的200例近视性弱视儿童,根据系统抽样法分为对照组(实施常规遮盖疗法及精细目力训练)与观察组(开展视知觉感知训练联合护理干预),各100例。比较两组的干预效果、视力水平、屈光度、立体视锐度、P100波在1°、15°空间频率潜伏期和空间频率振幅。结果:观察组临床总有效率为96.95%,高于对照组的90.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组视力水平、屈光度、立体视锐度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组视力水平、屈光度、立体视锐度均低于干预前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后,两组P100波在1°、15°的空间频率潜伏期和空间频率振幅比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但干预后,两组P100波在1°、15°空间频率潜伏期均短于干预前,空间频率振幅高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对近视性弱视儿童实施视知觉感知训练联合护理干预,可提高患儿视功能和视力水平,改善屈光度,有效调整立体视锐度。Objective:To explore the effect of visual perception training combined with nursing intervention on 3-8 years old children with myopic amblyopia.Method:A total of 200 children with myopic amblyopia treated in Foshan Nanhai District People's Hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(routine covering therapy and fine visual training)and observation group(visual perception training combined nursing intervention)according to systematic sampling method,with 100 cases in each group.The intervention effect,visual acuity level,diopter,stereoscopic acuity,P100 wave at 1°and 15°spatial frequency latency and spatial frequency amplitude were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 96.95%,which was higher than 90.91%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in visual acuity level,diopter and stereoscopic acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the visual acuity level,diopter and stereoscopic acuity of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in P100 wave at 1°and 15°spatial frequency latency and spatial frequency amplitude(P>0.05),but after intervention,the P100 wave at 1°and 15°spatial frequency latency were shorter than before intervention,and the P100 wave at 1°and 15°spatial frequency amplitude were higher than before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of visual perception training combined with nursing intervention for children with myopic amblyopia can improve their visual function and visual acuity,improve their diopter and effectively adjust their stereoscopic acuity.
