经筋推拿联合正骨疗法在脊柱侧弯患者脊椎矫形中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨经筋推拿联合正骨疗法在脊柱侧弯患者脊椎矫形中的效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月龙岩市中医院康复科收治的60例脊柱侧弯患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用矫形器治疗,观察组采用经筋推拿联合正骨疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Cobb角、腰椎活动范围及生活质量。结果:对照组临床总有效率为73.33%,低于观察组的93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分、Cobb角、腰部活动范围(屈曲、伸展、左侧屈及右侧屈)及生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分、Cobb角、屈曲、伸展、左侧屈及右侧屈及生活质量优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经筋推拿联合正骨疗法可显著改善脊柱侧弯患者临床疗效,能尽快恢复脊椎生理曲度,增加腰部活动度及提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of tendon massage combined with bone-setting therapy in spinal correction of patients with scoliosis.Method:A tatol of 60 patients with scoliosis who admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Longyan City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with orthosis,and the observation group was treated with tendon massage combined with bone-setting therapy.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Cobb angle,lumbar range of motion and quality of life were compared the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,which was lower than 93.33%of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score,Cobb angle,lumbar range of motion(flexion,extension,left flexion,right flexion)and quality of life between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score,Cobb angle,flexion,extension,left flexion,right flexion and quality of life in two groups were better than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tendon massage combined with bone-setting therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with scoliosis,restore physiological curvature of spine as soon as possible,increase lumbar range of motion and improve quality of life.
