电针结合中医康复疗法治疗退行性膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究电针结合中医康复疗法治疗退行性膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选择2020年6月—2021年6月北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)针灸科收治的56例退行性膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各28例。两组均常规给予尼美舒利缓释胶囊口服,对照组采用电针疗法,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医康复疗法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的日本骨科协会(JOA)膝关节疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组JOA膝关节疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后及随访3个月、6个月后,两组上下楼梯、行走疼痛评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Lysholm膝关节评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后及随访3个月、6个月后,两组Lysholm膝关节评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合中医康复疗法可有效改善退行性膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能,减轻膝关节疼痛,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 56 patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Longgang)from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.Both groups were given Nimesulide Sustained-Release Capsules orally,the control group received electroacupuncture therapy,and the study group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)knee joint pain score,Lysholm knee joint score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in JOA knee joint pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment and 3 and 6 months of follow-up,the pain scores of walking up and down stairs and walking in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lysholm knee joint scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment and 3 and 6 months of follow-up,Lysholm knee joint score in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 64.29%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy can effectively i
