金杏降压方联合非洛地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨金杏降压方联合非洛地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月昆山市中医医院接诊的102例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各51例。对照组接受非洛地平治疗,试验组接受金杏降压方联合非洛地平治疗。对比两组血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、临床治疗总有效率、中医症状积分、血脂水平[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)]、生活质量、不良反应总发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者日间DBP和SBP水平、夜间DBP和SBP水平均明显下降,且试验组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症状积分均下降,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组HDL-C水平均升高,试验组高于对照组,治疗后,两组LDL-C、TC、TG水平均下降,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量各维度评分及总分均升高,且试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率为11.76%;对照组不良反应总发生率为7.84%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金杏降压方联合非洛地平治疗原发性高血压患者,可有效降低患者血压水平,提高临床治疗效果,降低中医症状积分,改善患者血脂水平,提高生活质量,不会增加不良反应发生情况。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jinxing Jiangya Prescription combined with Felodipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Method:A total of 102 patients with essential hypertension admitted to Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as study objects,they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 51 patients in each group.The control group received Felodipine treatment,and the experimental group received Jinxing Jiangya Prescription combined with Felodipine treatment.Blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],total effective rate of clinical treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,lipid level[high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)],quality of life,total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of DBP and SBP in both groups during the day and at night were significantly decreased,and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.08%,which was higher than 82.35%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of both groups decreased,that of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in HDL-C,LDL-C,TC and TG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HDL-C level increased in both groups,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group;after treatment,the LDL-C,TC and TG levels decreased in both groups,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differe
