摘　　要：目的:探讨赖氏颈三针联合推拿治疗颈椎病的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月在龙岩人民医院接受治疗的60例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机化分配法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予赖氏颈三针进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合推拿进行治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗3个疗程后中医症候积分、自觉颈部疼痛程度,并于治疗完成3个月后评定两组临床疗效。结果:治疗3个疗程后,两组中医各症候积分、疼痛分级指数(PRI)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗完成3个月后,观察组临床总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:赖氏颈三针联合推拿治疗颈椎病效果显著,降低中医症候积分,缓解各种临床症状,减轻自觉颈部疼痛程度。Objective:To investigate the effect of Lai's neck three needles combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis who treated in Longyan People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random distribution method.The control group was treated with Lai's neck three needles,and the observation group was treated with massage on the basis of the control group.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the degree of conscious neck pain were compared between two groups before and after 3 courses of treatment,and the clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated after 3 months of treatment.Result:After 3 courses of treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,pain rating index(PRI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after completion of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Lai's neck three needles combined with massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is remarkable,which can reduce traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,alleviate various clinical symptoms,and reduce the degree of conscious neck pain.
