基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨益气活血利水法在慢性心力衰竭中的应用

摘　　要：本文基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨慢性心力衰竭(以下简称心力衰竭)的中医病因病机及治疗方法,心力衰竭以“阳化气”不足为发病基础,“阴成形”太过为发病条件,心脏心阳亏虚“阳化气”功能不行,导致“阴成形”太过而致血瘀、痰浊、水饮等病理产物,其治疗总则以益气活血利水为主,调节阴阳失衡状态,改善心脏功能,为心力衰竭的临床治疗提供思路。This paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of chronic heart failure(hereinafter referred to as"heart failure")in traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of"Yang transforms Qi,Yin forming".Heart failure is based on insufficient"Yang transforms Qi"and too much"Yin forming"is the disease condition.Deficiency of heart yang,"Yang transforming Qi"function is not working,resulting in"Yin forming"too much and causing blood stasis,phlegm turbidness,water and other pathological products.Its general treatment is based on Yiqi huoxue lishui,regulate the imbalance of yin and yang,improve heart function,and provide ideas for clinical treatment of heart failure.
