摘　　要：近年来,活血化瘀类中药在预防血栓性病变方面已被证明是行之有效的。多项研究证实,多种中药、中药制剂及其有效成分均可对血小板参数产生一定的影响,但其作用机制仍需进一步证实。本文就近些年血小板参数在不同疾病中的应用,以及活血化瘀类中药对血小板参数的影响进行综述,通过血小板参数的变化来评价中药对血栓类疾病的治疗及预后,并为临床提供参考。In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis has been proved to be effective in preventing thrombotic diseases.A number of studies have confirmed that a variety of Chinese medicines,Chinese medicine preparations and their active components can have a certain impact on platelet parameters,but the mechanism of action still needs to be further confirmed.In this paper,the application of platelet parameters in different diseases in recent years and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on platelet parameters were reviewed,with a view to evaluating the effectiveness of Chinese herbs in the treatment of related thrombotic diseases and providing references for long-term prognosis.
