痛点弹拨法联合拔罐治疗肩周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺联合痛点弹拨法及拔罐治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月武威市中医医院收治的80例肩周炎患者,按随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组单用针刺治疗,观察组在针刺基础上加用痛点弹拨法及拔罐治疗。比较两组疗效、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、肩关节功能、肩关节活动度、短期复发率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分、肩关节功能障碍指数均低于治疗前,肩关节前屈、后伸、内收、外展、内旋、外旋活动度大于治疗前,且观察组上述指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4周,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.753,P=0.386);治疗后8周,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.802,P=0.016)。结论:在针刺基础上加用痛点弹拨法联合拔罐可提高肩周炎患者的疗效,缓解其肩部疼痛感,提高其肩关节活动度及关节功能,降低其疾病复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pain point plucking method and cupping on the treament of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method:A total of 80 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in Wuwei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with pain point plucking method and cupping on the basis of acupuncture.The efficacy,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],shoulder function,shoulder range of motion and short-term recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and shoulder dysfunction index in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the motion degree of shoulder flexion,extension,adduction,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation were greater than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rates between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.753,P=0.386);after 8 weeks of treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.802,P=0.016).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with pain point plucking method and cupping can improve the curative effect of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,relieve shoulder pain,improve shoulder joint motion and joint function,and reduce the disease recurrence rate.
