盐酸消旋山莨菪碱在小儿肠套叠B超引导整复中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸消旋山莨菪碱在小儿肠套叠B超引导整复中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2020年11月—2021年12月安顺市妇幼保健院儿外科小儿肠套叠患儿220例,根据选用普通补液和盐酸消旋山莨菪碱分为两组,各110例,两组患儿均采用B超引导整复治疗,对照组患儿灌肠前0.5 h静脉补液后灌肠,研究组患儿灌肠前0.5 h静脉滴注0.6~2.0 mg/kg盐酸消旋山莨菪碱后灌肠。比较两组B超引导整复效果,比较两组复位压力、复位时间。结果:研究组B超引导整复首次成功率为95.5%,明显高于对照组的83.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组复位压力低于对照组,复位时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在灌肠复位前静脉滴注盐酸消旋山莨菪碱,在小儿肠套叠B超引导整复治疗中,能够极大降低患儿手术率,提高首次整复成功率,减少复位时间,患儿复位压力更小。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride in B-ultrasound guided rectification of intussusception in children.Method:A total of 220 children with intussusception in the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Anshun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2020 to December 2021,they were divided into two groups according to the selection of ordinary rehydration solution and Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride,110 cases in each group.B-ultrasound guided rectification treatment was given to the children in both groups,the control group of children received intravenous fluid infusion and enema 0.5 h before enema,while the study group of children received intravenous infusion of 0.6-2.0 mg/kg Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride and enema 0.5 h before enema.The results of B-ultrasound guided rectification were compared between the two groups,and the reset pressure and reset time were compared between the two groups.Result:The first success rate of B-ultrasound guided rectification in the study group was 95.5%,which was significantly higher than 83.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction pressure of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the reduction time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous infusion of Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride before enema reduction can greatly reduce the surgical rate of children with intussusception B-ultrasound guided rectification treatment,improve the success rate of first rectification,reduce the reduction time,and reduce the reduction pressure of children.
