摘　　要：孤立性Lisfranc韧带损伤越来越常见于运动过程和日常生活中,虽然目前影像学检查技术突飞猛进,但是由于该疾病的特殊性与复杂性,临床上漏诊的例子还是屡见不鲜,一旦因漏诊而贻误最佳治疗时机,会造成患足疼痛难耐、肿胀明显,严重者甚至会致残。为了保障Lisfranc关节的功能,为了能使患者得到及时的治疗,临床医师必须及早地做出诊断,只有这样才能极大地提高患者生活质量。目前国内外学者在此疾病诊疗方面仍然存在争议,笔者详细概述了孤立性Lisfranc韧带损伤的解剖特点及损伤机制,孤立性Lisfranc韧带损伤的诊断及治疗,为临床治疗提供指导。Isolated Lisfranc ligament injury is more and more common in the process of sports and daily life,although the current imaging technology has advanced by leaps and bounds,but due to the specificity and complexity of the disease,clinical examples of missed diagnosis are still common,once delay the best treatment opportunity because the missed diagnosis,it will cause pain,swelling of suffering foot,and even disability in severe cases.In order to ensure the function of the Lisfranc joint,in order to enable patients to receive timely treatment,clinicians must make early diagnosis,only in this way can greatly improve the quality of life of patients.At present,there are still controversies in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease among scholars at home and abroad.The author gives a detailed overview of the anatomical characteristics and injury mechanism of isolated Lisfranc ligament injury,as well as the diagnosis and treatment of isolated Lisfranc ligament injury,providing guidance for clinical treatment.
