鲜地黄本草功效考证与现代药理学研究

摘　　要：考据历代本草记载的鲜地黄功效,并通过检索知网、万方数据库、维普数据库来了解鲜地黄的现代临床应用情况和药效物质研究进展。结果发现,除中国药典2020年版记载的清热生津、凉血止血功效外,鲜地黄还可用于活血生新、散瘀止痛、养阴生津。鲜地黄及其相关复方广泛用于外伤出血、瘀血、痛经、产伤内损、伤寒心悸、中医神志病(狂症、百合病)、消渴、热毒疮疡、热病阴伤、瘟疫病等治疗。现代药理学研究显示,鲜地黄的主要活性成分有梓醇、麦角甾苷等,它们具有抗氧化、抗炎、神经保护、胰岛素抵抗改善作用。鲜地黄及其相关复方对慢性肝炎、鼻咽癌放疗相关的口腔黏膜不良反应、麦粒肿、霰粒肿、抑郁症、失眠、焦虑症等的临床治疗效果较好。Based on the efficacy of fresh Rehmannia recorded in traditional Chinese herbal medicine,the modern clinical application of fresh Rehmannia and the research progress of its pharmacodynamic substances were investigated by searching CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database.The results showed that fresh Rehmannia can promote blood and produce new blood,disperse blood stasis and relieve pain,and nourish Yin and rejuvenating Jin besides the effects of clearing heat and rejuvenating Jin,cooling blood and stopping bleeding recorded in the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Fresh Rehmannia and its related compounds are widely used in the treatment of trauma bleeding,congestion,dysmenorrhea,intra-partum injury,typhoid palpitation,TCM delirium(maniac,lily disease),thirst quenching,heat poison sores,fever Yin injury,plague disease and so on.Modern pharmacological studies show that the main active ingredients of fresh Rehmannia are catalpol,ergosterin and so on,which have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,neuroprotective and insulin resistance improvement effects.Fresh Rehmannia and its related compounds have a good clinical effect on chronic hepatitis,oral mucosal adverse reactions after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer,stele,chalazion,depression,insomnia,anxiety and so on.
