摘　　要：目的 :探讨上尿路结石患者微创术后输尿管支架管综合征的现状及其影响因素,为提高其术后生活质量提供参考依据。方法 :选取255例上尿路结石患者为研究对象,于拔双J管当天采用中文版输尿管支架相关症状调查问卷(USSQ)对患者进行调查,并通过单因素和多元线性回归分析探索他们输尿管支架管综合征的相关因素。结果 :留置双J管患者的USSQ总分为(86.19±16.98)分。多元线性回归分析显示性别、双J管管径、双J管是否过膀胱中线和每日饮水量是上尿路结石微创术后输尿管支架管综合征的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 :在临床上应针对其影响因素采取合理的干预措施,进而缓解患者输尿管支架管综合征的严重程度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the current situation of ureteral stent syndrome(USS)and its influencing factors in patients with upper urinary tract stones after minimally invasive surgery,and to provide a reference basis for the improvement of their postoperative quality of life.Methods:Two hundred and fifty-five patients with upper urinary tract stones were selected for this study.The patients were surveyed using the Chinese version of the ureteral stent-related symptom questionnaire(USSQ)on the day of removal of the double J tube,and the factors associated with USS were explored by univariate and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The total USSQ score was 86.19±16.98 in the patients.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,double J-tube diameter,whether the double J-tube was over the bladder midline and daily water intake were independent influencing factors for USS(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rational interventions should be taken in clinical practice for these influencing factors so as to alleviate the severity of USS and improve the quality of their life.
