摘　　要：目的:探究改良式圆韧带阴道顶端悬吊术配合补中益气汤在阴式子宫全切患者术后预防阴道残端脱垂中的应用效果。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例。对照组行阴式子宫全切术,观察组在对照组基础上行改良式圆韧带阴道顶端悬吊术配合补中益气汤治疗。两组术后6个月,对比性生活质量、盆底肌肉肌力、压力性尿失禁及阴道顶端脱垂情况。结果:观察组治疗后性生活质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后盆底肌肉肌力、压力性尿失禁及阴道顶端脱垂程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良式圆韧带阴道顶端悬吊术配合补中益气汤能够有效改善行阴式子宫全切术患者的性生活质量,增强盆底肌肉肌力,减轻压力性尿失禁及阴道顶端脱垂程度。Objective:To explore the application effect of improved vaginal tip suspension of round ligament combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in preventing vaginal stump prolapse in patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.The control group underwent vaginal total hysterectomy,while the observation group underwent modified round ligament vaginal tip suspension surgery combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the quality of sexual life,pelvic floor muscle strength,stress urinary incontinence,and vaginal tip prolapse between the two groups at 6 months after surgery.Results:The quality of sexual life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pelvic floor muscle strength,stress urinary incontinence,and vaginal tip prolapse degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified round ligament vaginal tip suspension surgery combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively improve the quality of sexual life of patients undergoing vaginal hysterectomy,enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,and reduce the degree of stress urinary incontinence and vaginal tip prolapse.
