雷火灸联合中药涂擦促会阴伤口愈合的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨雷火灸联合中药涂擦促会阴伤口愈合的临床效果。方法:选取100例我院2022年8月—2023年8月收治的产后会阴裂伤产妇,按随机数字表法分为2组,各50例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组加用雷火灸联合中药涂擦干预,持续3天。比较两组伤口愈合情况、疼痛情况、会阴伤口恢复情况、炎症水平、产妇满意度。结果:观察组伤口愈合情况优于对照组,产后24h、48h、72h时NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组会阴水肿消退、伤口愈合及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,产妇满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合中药涂擦可加快产后会阴裂伤产后伤口愈合,减轻局部疼痛,提高产妇满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rubbing on promoting perineal wound healing.Methods:100 postpartum perineal laceration postpartum women admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received intervention with Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rubbing,lasting for 3 days.Compare the wound healing,pain,perineal wound recovery,inflammation level,and maternal satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The wound healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with NRS scores lower than those in the control group at 24,48,and 72 hours postpartum(P<0.05).The observation group showed a decrease in perineal edema,wound healing,and shorter hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).CRP,IL-6,TNF after intervention in the observation group-αThe level was lower than the control group,and the maternal satisfaction score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine application can accelerate the healing of postpartum perineal laceration wounds,reduce local pain,and improve maternal satisfaction.
