摘 要:海岛光储微电网作为电动船充电站的主要电能来源,其容量配置受到电动船需求不确定性的影响。提出了含电动船充电站的海岛光储微网系统容量优化配置方法。首先,结合电动船的用能特点对其充电站的电能需求进行分析;然后,以综合经济成本最小化为目标函数构建了考虑电动船能耗不确定性的海岛光储微网容量配置鲁棒优化模型;最后,通过仿真实验验证了本文构建模型的有效性和合理性。仿真结果表明,所提模型得到的微网容量配置方案可以有效保证电动船的电能供应,方案的选择与决策者对供能可靠性和经济成本的偏好程度有关。Island photovoltaic storage microgrid as the main source of electric energy for electric ship charging station,its capacity configuration is affected by the uncertainty of electric ship demand.The paper proposes an optimal capacity configuration method for the island photovoltaic storage microgrid system with electric ship charging station.Firstly,the power demand of the electric ship charging station is analyzed combined with the energy consumption characteristics of the electric ship.Then comprehensive economic cost minimization is regarded as an objective function to establish a robust optimization model for the capacity configuration of the island photovoltaic storage microgrid considering the uncertainty of the energy consumption of the electric ship.Finally,the effectiveness and rationality of the model are verified by simulation experiments.The results show that the microgrid capacity allocation scheme obtained by the proposed model can effectively ensure the power supply of the electric ship,and the choice of the scheme is related to the preference of decision-makers for the energy supply reliability and economic cost.
