摘  要:采用新型共沉淀耦合溶剂热法制备SmMnO_(x)催化剂,其在75℃超低温、100μL/L SO_(2)环境中的NO_(x)转化率大于94%。探究了75~275℃下不同O_(2)、NO、NH_(3)体积分数及空速对催化活性的影响。结果表明,催化剂在75℃下具有100%NO_(x)转化率。XRD、SEM和TG-DTG表征结果表明,SmMnO_(x)催化剂芦苇花状结构提供了丰富的活性位点和极强的Sm^(2+)和Mn4+电子转移能力,抑制了SO_(2)的吸附氧化,仅有微量硫铵盐沉积在花状尖端,表现出优异的超低温抗硫性能。A SmMnOx catalyst is prepared by using a novel coprecipitation coupled solvothermal method,and can deliver a NO_(x)conversion more than 94%at 75℃in the presence of 100μL·L-1 SO_(2).The effects of different O_(2),NO,and NH_(3)volume fractions as well as space velocity on catalytic activity are investigated in the range of 75℃to 275℃.The results indicate that the catalyst exhibits a 100%of NO_(x)conversion at 75℃.It is shown by XRD,SEM and TG-DTG characterization that the reed flower-like structure of SmMnOx catalyst provides abundant active sites and accelerates electron transfer of Sm^(2+)and Mn^(4+),which inhibits the adsorption oxidation of SO_(2).Only trace amount of ammonium sulfate deposits on the flower tip,showing excellent ultra-low temperature sulfur resistance.
