摘　　要：文化生态理论是建立在马克思主义方法论之上的关于文化的生态学理论。与其他文化生态相比,海洋文化生态具有开放性、多样性、丰富性、主体性等特征,强调人类整体利益、人与自然和谐以及经济平衡发展。山东海洋文化资源丰富,海洋文化产业开发应秉持生态化原则,建设海洋文化生态保护区,加强海洋文化旅游基础设施建设,重点开发滨海文化旅游、海岛休闲旅游、海洋艺术等产业项目,促进“双碳”和“海洋强省”目标的达成以及经济社会发展的全面绿色转型。Cultural ecology theory is an ecological theory about culture based on Marxist methodology.Compared with other cultural ecology,marine cultural ecology has the characteristics of openness,diversity,richness,and subjectivity.It emphasizes the overall interests of mankind,the harmony between man and nature,and the balanced development of the economy.Shandong Province is rich of marine cultural resources.The development of the marine cultural industry should uphold the principles of ecology,build a marine cultural and ecological protection zone,strengthen the construction of marine cultural tourism infrastructure,and focus on the development of industrial projects such as coastal cultural tourism,island leisure tourism,marine art,for promoting the achievement of the goals of“Double Carbon”and“Powerful Ocean Province”,and the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.
