摘　　要：传统中药雷公藤药理作用强大,广泛用于治疗糖尿病肾病、肾病综合征、肾小球肾炎等多种肾病。但同时雷公藤也会对肾脏造成损伤,严重者会导致肾衰竭甚至死亡。雷公藤对肾脏的这种毒、效双向作用机制有待阐明。因此本文从毒与效两方面综述了雷公藤对肾脏的作用和机制,以期为其减毒增效研究提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine,tripterygium wilfordii,possesses potent pharmacological effect and is widely used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,nephrotic syndrome,glomerulonephritis,and various renal diseases.However,despite its therapeutic benefits,tripterygium wilfordii is associated with renal toxicity,and in severe cases,it can lead to renal failure and even death.The dual toxic and therapeutic mechanisms of tripterygium wilfordii in the kidneys remain to be elucidated.Therefore,this article comprehensively reviewed the action and mechanisms of tripterygium wilfordii in the kidneys from both toxic and therapeutic perspectives,aiming to reduce the toxicity and enhance the efficacy.
