摘  要:针对25 Hz相敏轨道电路故障诊断难度大、效率低的问题,研制了一种智能化扼流变压器系统。基于多个决定轨道电路工作状态的电气特性物理量是由扼流变压器传输的原理,提出利用扼流变压器进行特性参数测量的设计思路,全面获取轨道电路的工作状态。通过构建信息模型,运用数字滤波器、光电隔离等技术,可实时监测轨道电路送/受端的轨面电压/电流、扼流变压器次级电压/电流、不平衡电流等参数,满足现场对轨道电路各种室外参数进行实时监测的要求,为分析轨道电路故障提供全面的历史数据支持。经在广州电务段试用,表明该系统可进一步提升信号设备的运用质量,具有一定的应用推广价值。To address the difficulties and low efficiency in fault diagnosis of 25 Hz phase-sensitive track circuits,an intelligent choke transformer system is developed.Based on the principle that multiple physical quantities of electrical characteristics that determine the working state of the track circuit are transmitted by the choke transformer,a design idea is proposed to measure characteristic parameters with the choke transformer,enabling comprehensive acquisition of the track circuit’s working state.By constructing an information model and employing techniques such as digital filters and photoelectric isolation,real-time monitoring of parameters,including the voltage and current of the rail surface at the sending/receiving end of the track circuit,secondary voltage and current of the choke transformer,and the unbalanced current,can be achieved,meeting the requirements of real-time monitoring of various outdoor characteristic parameters of the track circuit on site and providing comprehensive historical data for the analysis of track circuit faults.Experimental trials conducted in the Guangzhou communication and signal depots demonstrate that the system can both further improve the application quality of signaling equipment and have certain value for application and promotion.
