自拟儿童湿疹方治疗儿童湿疹的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察儿童药浴方治疗儿童湿疹的临床疗效。方法 60例湿疹患儿,按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组实施自拟儿童湿疹方药浴治疗,对照组外用地奈德软膏治疗。对比两组临床疗效、预后情况、不良发应发生情况及治疗前后湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分。结果 治疗前后,两组患儿组间EASI评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组痊愈12例,显效8例,好转6例,无效4例,总有效率为86.7%。对照组痊愈10例,显效6例,好转8例,无效6例,总有效率为80.0%。两组患儿治疗总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.331,P=0.565>0.05)。治疗组患儿不良反应发生率0低于对照组的16.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿复发率3.3%低于对照组的20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044<0.05)。结论 自拟儿童湿疹方药浴外治湿疹疗效确切,与激素外用效果相当,不良反应小,可减少复发。Objective To observe the clinical effect of children's medicated bath prescription in treating children's eczema.Methods 60 children with eczema were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-made children's medicated bath,and the control group was treated with desonide ointment for external application.The clinical efficacy,prognosis,occurrence of adverse reactions,and eczema area and severity index(EASI) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in EASI score between the two group(P>0.05).In the treatment group,12 cases were cured,8 cases were significantly improved,6 cases were improved,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 86.7%.In the control group,10 cases were cured,6 cases were significantly improved,8 cases were improved,and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 80.0%.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups of children(χ^(2)=0.331,P=0.565>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 0 in the treatment group was lower than that of 16.7% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 3.3% in the treatment group was lower than that of 20.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of external use of self-made Children's medicine bath prescription on eczema is definite,which is similar to that of external use of hormone,with minimal adverse reactions and can reduce recurrence.
