抚州市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：以抚州市为研究区,构建抚州市新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调评价指标体系,对2010-2021年抚州市新型城镇化和生态环境的发展程度及其耦合协调性进行分析。结果表明,2010-2021年抚州市新型城镇化以及生态环境发展水平总体呈上升趋势,其耦合协调度在这个阶段由0.259 6提高至0.654 1,新型城镇化及生态环境的耦合协调发展水平也由中度失调型转变为中度协调型,耦合协调度逐年增高,总体表现为城镇化滞后型。因此提出要正确认识城镇化与生态环境的动态耦合关系,结合抚州市发展现状,采取适合抚州市的城镇化发展战略,同时兼顾发展速度和发展质量,坚定不移地走绿色发展之路,确保城镇化与生态环境的协调发展。Taking Fuzhou City as the research area,the coupling coordination evaluation index system between new urbanization and ecological environment in Fuzhou City was constructed,and the development degree and coupling coordination of new urbanization and ecological environment in Fuzhou City from 2010 to 2021 were analyzed.The results showed that the new urbanization and ecologi-cal environment development level was on the rise overall in Fuzhou City from 2010 to 2021,and its coupling coordination degree was increased from 0.2596 to 0.6541 at this stage.The level of coupling coordinated development of new urbanization and ecological envi-ronment had also changed from moderate imbalance to moderate coordination,with the degree of coupling coordination increasing year by year,and the overall performance was the lag type of urbanization.Therefore,it was proposed to correctly understand the dynamic coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environment,adopt the urbanization development strategies suitable for Fu-zhou City combined with the development status of Fuzhou City,at the same time take into account the development speed and devel-opment quality,and unswervingly take the road of green development,to ensure the coordinated development of urbanization and eco-logical environment.
