摘 要:基于现阶段常见的戊二醛消毒液的含量测定方法进行调查研究,对其中的滴定法(碘滴定法和酸碱滴定法),紫外分光光度法,高效液相色谱法进行实验研究和准确度比较,从而分析各种方法的优缺点。结果表明,两种滴定法能得到相对准确的数值,使用的仪器易得,操作过程易学,但滴定法由于指示剂终点不明显可能造成较大误差。紫外分光光度法和液相色谱法能够避免指示剂终点不明显导致的误差,且回收率较高,误差较小,结果准确度较好。Based on the investigation and study of the content determination methods of glutaraldehyde disinfection solution at present,the titration method(iodine titration and acid-base titration),ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography were experimentally studied and compared in accuracy,so as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each method.The results showed that the two titration methods could get relatively accurate values,and the instruments used were easy to get,and the operation process was easy to learn.However,the titration method may cause a big error because the indicator end point was not obvious.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and liquid chromatography could avoid the error caused by unclear indicator end point,and the recovery rate was higher,the error was smaller,and the accuracy of the result was better.
