摘 要:卷烟焦油是卷烟制品的一个重要指标。传统方法分析卷烟主流烟气焦油时,有污染且不能预测。选用252个不同规格卷烟样品,基于捕集了烟气粒相物的剑桥滤片近红外光谱,建立了焦油的校正模型。焦油模型相关系数为0.9837;RMECV为0.203;预测范围为6.0~13.0 mg。模型预测值与标准方法测得值偏差小于0.5 mg,在显著性水平大于0.05的条件下,t-检验表明两种方法测定结果无显著性差异,并具有很好的重现性。该方法可用于快速测量卷烟烟气中的焦油释放量。The content of Tar in the mainstream smoke is an important parameter of cigarette.The traditional analysis method of Tar is pollution and unpredictability.A calibration model for cigarette tar was developed based on the near-infrared(Nir)Fourier transform of a Cambridge filter that captures particulate matter from 252 cigarette samples of different specifications.The correlation coefficient of the tar model was 0.9837,RMECV was 0.203,and the prediction range was 6.0~13.0 mg.When the deviation between the predicted value of the model and the measured value of the standard method was less than 0.5 mg,and the significance level was greater than 0.05,the t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the predicted value and the measured value of the standard method,and had good reproducibility.The method could be used to quickly measure the tar release in mainstream cigarette smoke.
